If you are new to LumaFusion then you will have quickly noticed that it works to an aspect ratio for the video canvas rather than by pixel dimensions. This means it will fit video footage onto that timeline regardless of size and fit it as best as possible within the desired aspect ration. So watch this video to learn how best to upscale 4K video on what will be a 1080 timeline when rendered out to Photos, YouTube, etc…

Creating a VBR or Video Barrel Roll is one of these techniques I get asked about all the time so I thought it was about time I dropped a video on how to best create the effect from within LumaFusion.
But, for that extra bit of spicy technique. I will show you an app I use to add in really buttery smooth motion blur using the app Time Cut!
This just raises the overall effect to the next level. Mix in some sound design and a zoom transition and you have got yourself a really great looking VBR!
