Knees to Elbows is an exercise that will increase blood flow to the muscles and increase ROM in the hips. I typically program this mobility exercise prior to lifts or conditioning sessions.

In this Vlog we showcase women that embody the Lady Alpha movement. We shot workout footage at Metroflexlbc and interviewed women that embrace the physical and psychological benefits of lifting weights.
