Did you know that the state of your nervous system determines your health?
It’s true — many things, from blood pressure to hormonal health and even mental health and fat loss depend on the state of your nervous system.
In this episode you learn about the two different sides of your autonomic nervous system, learn to assess where you are on the nervous system scale, and learn to move yourself to the more favorable side of it, for better health results.

Taking weight loss/fat loss advice from your doctor can be a really bad idea. Lately I have heard from different conversations and Facebook groups what recommendations women have received from their doctors, and most of the time, the advice is very bad.
Note, I’m sure that there are some doctors who know how to help their patients with their weight loss goals. But most doctors have simply never received the education and they don’t have the right knowledge to help you in a healthy way.
In today’s episode, I’m discussing some of the recommendations that I have seen people receive from their medical doctors, that do much more harm than good. I will also offer real solutions to your weight loss problem.

Is macro tracking the only way to get weight loss and fat loss results?
Not necessarily!
There are other, simpler and more accessible steps that you can take first to start losing weight and fat if you don’t want to start with tracking right now.
Later, when you find that you are already covering all the basics but want to get even better results, tracking will be helpful.

Now, on to today's topic - why it's unnecessary to burn a ton of calories in your workout!
Exercise plays a relatively small part in your daily calorie burn, and there are two factors that determine a way bigger portion of your daily calorie burn: your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and NEAT (movement outside of your workouts).
The much more effective way to burn more body fat is to INCREASE your BMR which happens through weight lifting - and not cardio.
So even if weight lifting does not burn as many calories as running, it boosts your metabolism so that you burn more calories without having to do so much.

Do you want to go from dress size 10/12 to 4 and lose almost 20 inches off your body the way my client did?
You can do that… But if you have already done diets or under eaten a lot in the past 6 months to several years, you need to first do a reverse diet.
You probably already know what a reverse diet is… But if not, it’s a process that needs to be done to help you restore your metabolism after long term dieting or under eating.
Long time dieting, under eating and fasting will make your metabolism slow down and as a result, you hit a wall and not lose weight anymore. You may cut your calories even further, but it doesn’t help… Because your metabolism has hit a wall.
So you need a reverse diet, aka Build Up Phase or Metabolic Restoration. After this period, your body is healthy and ready for fat loss again. You need this process if you want to get healthy weight loss results again.
Today, I share a client case study showing you what she needed to do be successful.
