Feb. 13, 2021 Pacific Beach, San Diego Ca. In the last two weekends SDPD has targeted, harassed and intimidated 4 people in Pacific Beach for distributing food to people experiencing houselessness and for copwatching. During each illegal detention the police demanded a name or ID stating that they “look like someone from something”. During the detentions the police photographed the individuals. All 4 were eventually released after the police used violence against them and collected evidence without arresting or mirandizing anyone.
