The third vehicle destroyed in that area recently. Location: 47.707258, 37.247051 Tank destroyed same place: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEL0Wa56yl8 Many of you may have seen this video. A few people emailed it to me, showing a Russian vehicle deciding to escape the heat by having a swim. And then—narrowly avoiding an artillery strike too as the driver leaps out. It’s a fun video. But what is even more interesting about it is where it took place. It happened enar Yehorivka—if that name sounds familiar, it appeared in a video I did a day or so ago showing a Russian tank getting hit by artillery. Also—in the same incident, but I never got round to do a video on this one, another vehicle was destroyed. So, Russia had a pretty bad day of it. Now—let’s get this located. First, directions. This image here helps us to pinpoint the direction the vehicle was heading—so it was coming from the south, heading north. As seen here. Now—here, the destruction of the tank as seen in an earlier video took place roughly in the red circle. The BTR which I didn’t cover, was destroyed roughly in the white circle. They were both heading south, under heavy fire. Which leads me to believe—if this was the same day—that the vehicle that ended up in the drink was earlier as its ehading north, towards Ukrainian territory rather than away from danger. So, this vehicle was likely part of a push north from Yehorivka, the attack of which was halted causing the other vehicles to retreat, with the tank and BTR being destroyed during the retreat.
