This point of using too much social media, once in a while, is the remaining point of my past addictions that I have to watch out. It is too easy to be sucked into it, they design the platforms to keep the users constantly using it! So, I have to direct myself to stop - enough is enough! I share what I have to share, I look for a few minutes and like/comment on relevant things to me - and then I must get the hell out of there!
