If it's the latter, then I suppose I am doing a disservice to the song, for which I apologize if that's the case. That said, I found this same version elsewhere on youtube and wanted to clean up that hiss in the background. There are a few places where the recording clips. Can't really do much about that since it was recorded with the clipping in it, but I did try to reduce the effects of the overkill a little bit as compared to the other video on youtube with this version. At any rate, I adore Angel Olsen. Damn near everything she makes speaks to me. Deeply. This song is no different. I lost my dad, who meant the entire world to me in May of 2017, and here we are almost 4 years later, and it still hits hard. The actual studio version of this song is from the album entitled, Half Way Home, from 2012. To my knowledge - and I could be wrong - but I don't believe this version was ever officially released on any album, E.P., compilation, full length, etc. Lyrics are below. A few words here and there on THIS version are different, so I have made those adjustments. Warclub Radio on SpaceHey - The New "Old" MySpace! MySpace is back! It's in the form of something new called SpaceHey. Yeah, I know. Goofy name, but the site is fully functional and legit! There is another myspace clone called FriendProject, which, in my opinion, is functionally better, but SpaceHey is the site that people seem to be gravitating to the most between them, so this video will focus on SpaceHey.
