This practice focuses on the non-judgmental awareness and acceptance of thoughts and feelings. Easier said than done! Instead of getting hooked and swept away by your thoughts and feelings, you can observe them with kindness and curiosity, like watching clouds drift through the sky. The power of letting go of thoughts that are unhelpful and no longer serve you frees you. Remember, you are more than your thoughts or feelings.
Anxious thoughts are rarely true; worries are more like fake news and conspiracy theories!

Clinical hypnosis has scientific research supporting its benefits in treating a wide range of conditions, including pain, insomnia depression, anxiety, weight management, hot flashes, smoking cessation, and phobias.
Hypnotic suggestions & principles are largely encorporated without recognition in EMDR, guided meditations, and Internal Family Systems. ?
Hypnosis got a bad rep in the 1990s when some therapists convinced patients they had been molested or abused as children because of hypnotically induced memories, which often had no evidence to support them.
