Surveying Land in Splinterlands...
Today I'm bringing you a different Splinterlands video! Usually, you can find different giveaways on this channel, but as the new LAND addition has come to Splinterlands and I bought some PLOTs a while ago, it was time to use those claims and survey them!

Welcome to the newest Rising Star video! This time I'm bringing you two pieces of news from Rising Star... One is for "public service" and the other one is more my personal progress news... :) So, As every week, we have a new festival which is this time held in Venezuela where we have a lot of rising stars on the HIVE! If you are collecting wristbands, don't forget to do the mission... Other news is that I have unlocked a new mission in the Country Tour zone where I'm playing currently... I needed level 260 to unlock it and I got there this week, so I have another 2-hour mission available when it suits me to run it! Compared to the other one that I'm using regularly, this one will "cost" me less EGO, which is great! Also, I have opened 12 packs inside this video... When you play a game, you are sometimes winning, sometimes losing... While you are winning you learn something, when you losing, you learn 10 times more... :) So, in some weird way, it is important to lose sometimes :) In this video, I have lost my battle, but I have deserved that lost, as I didn't pay attention to one of the very important things when you are playing this type of game (Melee Mayhem)... As most of the cards are "heavy" with large attack power, it is important to be FIRST who will attack as you can maybe eliminate one card before your opponent even use it... Hi Splinterpeeps... It's always interesting when I do this stuff as I never know who will be on the "other" side in the battles and I have some kind of pressure because I record these battles "in live"... :) Anyways, today I have done 2 battles and, interestingly, both of them were battles with "Taking Sides" rules, or better said, without Neutral monsters... The first one was also with "Weak Magic", where magic attacks hit Armor first, and not directly reducing the health as they usually do... And the second one was with my favorite rule, "Reverse Speed", where slowest monsters get their 5 minutes of glory being the best cards to play... :) Who has won in the battles? Welcome to the newest video of the Splinterlands tips, tricks, and tactics! The new rules are here, and we have to adapt to them... I don't think that there is a way back, and I do understand the motives for implementing them... But... I think that someone is messed up with match-pairing as I'm getting some maximum leveled opponents, that are way out of my league... lol... But, maybe I'm just trippin' as the moment when I have played this game we were at the beginning of the season... So, on the day when I have played this game, my daily quest was to win 5 battles with Life Splinter... If I tell you that I don't even have a decent summoner for my white deck, you will get the picture what's going on... :) But, I have rented a summoner just to have a possibility to finish my quest... This game was interesting because we have played with a very low mana cap, but luckily, my summoner is very cheap, so I could play with more cards... The opponent was obviously stronger with better-leveled cards, but the strategy decided this battle... Finally, after continuously dropping into lower leagues after every season, the drop has stopped! I have finished the season in Diamond 1 league, and just a couple of seconds before the end of the season, only 5 points were between me and Champion 3 league... Welcome to the newest Splinterlands Packs opening video! Finally, I'm back to the 2-week schedule with these videos! I hope that 3Speak will work fine and I will publish this on Thursday, which would be perfect! When I pulled out the pack in the last video where I offered you guys to pick one for the giveaway, I didn't check out how good the gold-foiled card!! Well, one lucky winner received it and I have some good news for those who would like to participate again... You will have to check out the video to see what am I talking about! In this video, I have opened another 10 Gladius Cases (the same as in the last video), and some Chaos Legion packs... This time, I opened cases in 2 batches of 5 cases to make the video shorter, but as I got some great cards, it was more than the same... My lucky streak continued with CL packs too, so in total, I got 3 LEGENDARY cards, 4 EPICs, and 4 GOLD-FOILED cards! I can't remember when I had such a great loot as today! The rest of the cards were rare and common, and thanks to this opening, I have leveled 3 cards to level 4, AJAX LIGHTFOOT, CUTTER BRIEZE, and RELENOR CLEAVER!
