AFFLICTION AND FAITH
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said,
“The example of the believer is that of a plant that the winds do not cease to sway. [Likewise], afflictions do not cease to strike the believer. The example of the hypocrite is that of a pine tree. It is not shaken until it is uprooted”
[Reported by Muslim from Abū Hurayrah]
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said,
“Great reward comes with great affliction. If Allah loves a people, He strikes them with affliction. Whoever is pleased then will have the pleasure [of Allah]. And whoever is angered then will have the anger [of Allah]”
[Reported by at-Tirmidhī from Anas]
He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) also said,
“Whomever Allah wants good for; He strikes with affliction”
[Reported by al-Bukhārī from Abū Hurayrah]
He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) also said,
“Nothing afflicts the believer of tiredness, illness, worry, sorrow, harm, anguish, and even a thorn he is pricked by, except that Allah pardons thereby some of his sins”
[Reported by al-Bukhārī from Abū Hurayrah and Abū Sa’īd al-Khudrī]
He (صلى الله عليه و سلم) also said,

HOMOSEXUALITY
The crime of homosexuality is one of the greatest of crimes, the worst of sins and the most abhorrent of deeds, and Allah punished those who did it in a way that He did not punish other nations.
It is indicative of violation of the fitrah, total misguidance, weak intellect and lack of religious commitment, and it is a sign of doom and deprivation of the mercy of Allah. We ask Allah to keep us safe and sound.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said:
“AND (REMEMBER) LOOT (LOT), WHEN HE SAID TO HIS PEOPLE: ‘DO YOU COMMIT THE WORST SIN SUCH AS NONE PRECEDING YOU HAS COMMITTED IN THE ‘AALAMEEN (MANKIND AND JINN)? ‘VERILY, YOU PRACTICE YOUR LUSTS ON MEN INSTEAD OF WOMEN. NAY, BUT YOU ARE A PEOPLE TRANSGRESSING BEYOND BOUNDS (BY COMMITTING GREAT SINS).’ AND THE ANSWER OF HIS PEOPLE WAS ONLY THAT THEY SAID: ‘DRIVE THEM OUT OF YOUR TOWN; THESE ARE INDEED MEN WHO WANT TO BE PURE (FROM SINS)!’ THEN WE SAVED HIM AND HIS FAMILY, EXCEPT HIS WIFE; SHE WAS OF THOSE WHO REMAINED BEHIND (IN THE TORMENT). AND WE RAINED DOWN ON THEM A RAIN (OF STONES). THEN SEE WHAT WAS THE END OF THE MUJRIMOON (CRIMINALS,
POLYTHEISTS AND SINNERS)”
(Surah Al A’raf 7:80-84)
Allah did not test anyone with this major sin before the people of Loot, and He punished them with a punishment that He did not send upon any other nation; He combined all kinds of punishment for them, such as destruction, turning their houses upside down, causing them to be swallowed up by the earth, sending stones down upon them from the sky, taking away their sight, punishing them and making their punishment ongoing, and wreaking vengeance upon them such as was not wrought upon any other nation.
That was because of the greatness of the evil consequences of this crime which the earth can hardly bear if it is committed upon it, and the angels flee to the farthest reaches of heaven and earth if they witness it, lest the punishment be sent upon those who do it and they be stricken along with them.
The earth cries out to its Lord, may He be blessed and exalted, and the mountains almost shift from their places.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said:
“VERILY, BY YOUR LIFE (O MUHAMMAD), IN THEIR WILD INTOXICATION, THEY WERE WANDERING BLINDLY. SO AS SAIHAH (TORMENTAWFUL CRY) OVERTOOK THEM AT THE TIME OF SUNRISE. AND WE TURNED (THE TOWNS OF SODOM IN PALESTINE) UPSIDE DOWN AND RAINED DOWN ON THEM STONES OF BAKED CLAY. SURELY, IN THIS ARE SIGNS FOR THOSE WHO SEE (OR UNDERSTAND OR LEARN THE LESSONS FROM THE SIGNS OF ALLAAH). AND VERILY, THEY (THE CITIES) WERE RIGHT ON THE HIGHROAD (FROM MAKKAH TO SYRIA, I.E. THE PLACE WHERE THE DEAD
SEA IS NOW)”
(Surah Al Hijr 15:72-76)
The companions of the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) agreed unanimously that the homosexual is to be executed, and none of them differed concerning that. Rather they differed as to the method of execution.
Narrated by Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that,
The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“WHOEVER YOU FIND DOING THE ACTION OF THE PEOPLE OF LOOT, EXECUTE THE ONE WHO DOES IT AND THE ONE TO WHOM IT IS DONE.”
(Tirmidhi 1456, Abu Dawood 4462 and Ibn Majah 2561)
They (gays and lesbians) both go against the natural disposition (fitrah) which Allah has created in mankind – and also in animals – whereby the male is inclined towards the female, and vice versa.
Narrated by Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that,
The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“MAY ALLAAH CURSE THE ONE WHO DOES THE ACTION OF THE PEOPLE OF LOOT, MAY ALLAAH CURSE THE ONE WHO DOES THE ACTION OF THE
PEOPLE OF LOOT,” THREE TIMES.
(Ahmad 2915)
He cursed those who do a variety of major sins, but he did not curse any of them more than once, but he repeated the curse for the homosexual three times.
The Sahābah were unanimously agreed on the execution of homosexuals, but they differed as to how they were to be executed.
Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (رضي الله عنه) & Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) said that,
“THOSE WHO COMMIT THE ACTION OF PEOPLE OF LOOT SHOULD BE BURNED IN FIRE.”
The spread of homosexuality has caused man diseases which neither the east nor the west can deny exist because of them. The only result of this perversion was AIDS, which attacks the immune system, would be enough.
Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said that,
“THOSE WHO COMMIT THE ACTION OF PEOPLE OF LOOT SHOULD BE THROWN DOWN FROM A HIGH PLACE THEN HAVE STONES THROWN AT THEM.”
Ali Ibn Abi Taleb (رضي الله عنه) & Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said that,
“THOSE WHO COMMIT THE ACTION OF PEOPLE OF LOOT SHOULD BE THROWN DOWN FROM A HIGH PLACE THEN HAVE STONES THROWN AT THEM.”
Ibn Al Qayyim (رحيم الله) discuss the views of scholars in his book ‘Al-Jawaab Al-Kaafi’ li Man Sa’Ala ‘An Al-Dawa’ Al-Shaafi as follows:
The evil consequences of homosexuality are among the worst of evil consequences, so its punishment is one of the most severe of punishments in this world and in the Hereafter.

REFUTING-DEMOCRATS---Scholars-of-Haqq
In his famous mu’allaqah poem, the Jahili poet ‘Amr Ibn Kulthum said, “And we had many glorious and long days, we defied the king therein, lest we obey.” The word he used for “we obey” is “nadin,” from the well-known but oft-misunderstood root word “din.” Usually translated as “religion,” and indeed it is that, one of the basic meanings of din is obedience, and is especially used – as in the above verse of poetry – in reference to the authority and rule of a king.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said in the story of Yusuf (عليه و سلم),
“Thus We plotted for Yusuf. He would not take his brother by the din of the king”
(Surah Yusuf 12:76),
Meaning, “by the rule and authority of the king,” or as at-Tabari commented, “Yusuf would not take his brother by the rule, judgment, or obedience of the king of Egypt.” He then mentioned the various statements of the Salaf suggesting that “din” in this ayah means sultan (authority), qada (judgment), and hukm (rule), ending his commentary by saying, “And the basis of din is obedience.”
As for our King – the King of mankind, the King of the Day of Recompense, the True King (سبحانه وتعالى) – then we have entered into His din and must obey His rule wholeheartedly, and
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
“And fight them until there is no fitnah and the din is for Allah. But if they cease, then there is no aggression except against the tyrants”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:193).
So the command of Allah – to which obedience is due as a religious duty – is to fight until there is no fitnah, i.e. evident shirk in the obedience of Allah, and until no manifest authority is given to any rule except to that of the True King. His saying, “if they cease,” means that if they submit or surrender, then they are to be left alone. This can either be in the form of repentance to Allah and abiding by His worship alone or by the paying of jizyah while remaining upon subjugated kufr, just as Allah said, regarding the command of killing the mushrikin in general.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
“Then if they repent, establish the prayer, and pay the zakah, then leave them alone”
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:5)
And He said that the People of the Book – those who “do not adhere to the true din” – should specifically be fought.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
“Until they pay the jizyah willingly, while they are humiliated”
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:29).
And “there is no aggression except against the tyrants” means those who did not submit nor surrender, either through repentance or dhimmah, the covenant of jizyah.
Thus, anyone who is neither a Muslim nor a dhimmi kafir (while still a tyrant against himself, deserving both hatred and humiliation) is a hostile tyrant deserving aggression. This is because shirk itself is dhulm (tyranny).
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
“And when Luqman said to his son, admonishing him, ‘O my son, do not commit shirk with Allah. Verily shirk is a great tyranny’”
(Surah Luqman 31:13)
And although the people of dhimmah are mushrikin from the People of the Book, their shirk is subjugated and humiliated under the Shari’ah of Allah enforced upon them.
So the duty to fight the tyrants – the mushrikin – is clear and established.
But Allah did not only command the “fighting” of disbelievers, as if to say He only wants us to conduct frontline operations against them. Rather, He has also ordered that they be slain wherever they may be – on or off the battlefield.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said,
“So when the sacred months have passed, then kill the mushrikin wherever you find them and take them, surround them, and wait for them at every outpost”
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:5)
All of this becomes all the more apparent for those who have realized that the blood of a kafir is cheap, filthy, and permissible to shed.
Islam is the religion of sound principles providing the perfect foundations upon which the solid structures of justice and glory are built. One of these great principles is that all people must be fought until they accept Islam or come under a shar’i covenant. This principle establishes the prohibition of shedding Muslim and covenant-bound kafir blood as well as the permissibility of shedding the blood of all other kuffar.
Narrated by Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) that,
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said,
“I have been ordered to fight mankind until they say that there is no god except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, and they establish the prayer and pay the zakah. Whoever does so, then his blood and wealth are safe from me except for a lawful reason”
(Bukhari and Muslim)
Narrated by Abu Bakrah (رضي الله عنه) that,
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said, addressing the Muslims,
“For verily your blood, wealth, and honor are haram to each other”
(Bukhari and Muslim)
And regarding the dhimmi – the one who has a covenant with the Muslims

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“WHOEVER GATHERS AND LIVES WITH THE MUSHRIK, THEN HE IS LIKE HIM”
(Abu Dawud, on the authority of Samurah Ibn Jundub)
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY MUSLIM WHO RESIDES AMONGST THE MUSHRIKIN.” THE COMPANIONS ASKED, “O RASULULLAH, WHY IS THAT?” HE REPLIED, “THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE EACH OTHER’S FIRES”
(Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi, on the on the authority of Jarir Ibn Abd’Allah)
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“WHOEVER RESIDES AMONGST THE MUSHRIKIN IN THEIR LANDS, THEN THE [MUSLIMS’] RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS HIM IS LIFTED”
(Tabarani and Bayhaqi, on the authority of Jarir Ibn Abd’Allah)
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said:
“ALLAH (‘AZZA WA JALL) DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DEED FROM A MUSHRIK AFTER HE ACCEPTS ISLAM UNTIL HE DEPARTS FROM THE MUSHRIKIN AND GOES TO THE MUSLIMS”
(Ibn Majah and An Nasa’i, on the Authority of Mu’awiyah Ibn Haydah)
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) took the hand of Jarir Ibn Abd’Allah
(رضي الله عنه) and said to him,
“I TAKE YOUR BAY’AH (PLEDGE) TO WORSHIP ALLAH ALONE, ESTABLISH THE PRAYER, GIVE THE ZAKAH, ADVISE THE MUSLIMS, AND DEPART FROM THE MUSHRIKIN”

ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF SWORD
NOT PACIFISM
There is a slogan repeated continuously by apologetic “du’āt” when flirting with the West and that is their statement:
“ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF PEACE,”
And they mean pacifism by the word peace. They have repeated this slogan so much to the extent that some of them alleged that Islam calls to permanent peace with kufr and the kāfirīn. How far is their claim from the truth, for Allah has revealed Islam to be the religion of the sword, and the evidence for this is so profuse that only a zindīq (heretic) would argue otherwise.
Alī Ibn Abī Tālib (رضي الله عنه) said,
“Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم) was sent with four swords:
a sword for the mushrikīn,
{AND WHEN THE SACRED MONTHS HAVE PASSED, THEN KILL THE MUSHRIKĪN WHEREVER YOU FIND THEM}
(Surah At Tawbah 9:5)
A sword for Ahlul-Kitāb,
{FIGHT THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN ALLAH OR IN THE LAST DAY AND WHO DO NOT CONSIDER UNLAWFUL WHAT ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER HAVE MADE UNLAWFUL AND WHO DO NOT ADOPT THE RELIGION OF TRUTH FROM THOSE WHO WERE GIVEN THE BOOK – [FIGHT THEM] UNTIL THEY GIVE THE JIZYAH WILLINGLY WHILE THEY ARE HUMBLED}
(Surah At Tawbah 9:29)
A sword for the munāfiqīn,
{O PROPHET, FIGHT AGAINST THE KUFFĀR AND THE MUNĀFIQĪN}
(Surah At Tawbah 9:73)
And a sword for the bughāt (rebellious aggressors),
{THEN FIGHT AGAINST THE GROUP THAT COMMITS BAGHY (AGGRESSION) UNTIL IT RETURNS TO THE ORDINANCE OF ALLAH}
(Surah Al Hujurāt 49:9)

He also revealed the sword against the apostates,
{O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, WHOEVER OF YOU SHOULD REVERT FROM HIS RELIGION – ALLAH WILL BRING FORTH A PEOPLE HE WILL LOVE AND WHO WILL LOVE HIM [WHO ARE] HUMBLE TOWARD THE BELIEVERS, MIGHTY AGAINST THE DISBELIEVERS; THEY STRIVE IN THE CAUSE OF ALLAH AND DO NOT FEAR THE BLAME OF A CRITIC}
(Surah Al Mā’idah 5:54)
This verse is a fundamental basis for the obligation to fight against the apostate parties.
At-Tabarī reported in his tafsīr that amongst the Salaf, ‘Alī Ibn Abī Tālib, Qatādah, al-Hasan al-Basrī, ad-Dahhāk, and Ibn Jurayj said this verse encompassed Abū Bakr (Allah’s sword against apostasy), his companions (رضي الله عنه), and their war against the apostates – the followers of Musaylamah al-Kadhdhāb and those who resisted the obligation of zakāh.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) also sent down iron alongside the revelation to consolidate His religion by the sword forged with iron.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
{WE HAVE SENT OUR MESSENGERS WITH CLEAR EVIDENCES AND SENT DOWN WITH THEM THE SCRIPTURE AND THE BALANCE THAT THE PEOPLE MAY MAINTAIN [THEIR AFFAIRS] IN JUSTICE. AND WE SENT DOWN IRON, WHEREIN IS GREAT MILITARY MIGHT AND BENEFITS FOR THE PEOPLE, AND SO THAT ALLAH MAY MAKE EVIDENT THOSE BELIEVING IN THE UNSEEN WHO SUPPORT HIM AND HIS MESSENGERS. INDEED, ALLAH IS POWERFUL AND EXALTED IN MIGHT}
(Surah Al Hadīd 57:25)
Ibn Taymiyyah (رحيم الله) said,
“THE BASIS OF THE RELIGION IS A GUIDING BOOK AND SUPPORTING SWORD”
[MAJMŪ’ AL-FATĀWĀ]
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) also described what should be struck with the sword,
{REMEMBER WHEN YOUR LORD REVEALED TO THE ANGELS, “I AM WITH YOU, SO STRENGTHEN THOSE WHO HAVE BELIEVED. I WILL CAST TERROR INTO THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO DISBELIEVED, SO STRIKE [THEM] UPON THE NECKS AND STRIKE FROM THEM EVERY FINGERTIP”}
(Surah Al Anfāl 8:12)
He (سبحانه وتعالى) also said,
{SO WHEN YOU MEET THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE, STRIKE THEIR NECKS UNTIL, WHEN YOU HAVE INFLICTED SLAUGHTER UPON THEM, THEN SECURE THEIR BONDS, AND EITHER [CONFER] FAVOR AFTERWARDS OR RANSOM [THEM] UNTIL THE WAR LAYS DOWN ITS BURDENS}
(Surah Muhammad 47:4)
HIS MESSENGER (صلى الله عليه و سلم) ALSO DESCRIBED THE SWORD AS THE SALVATION FROM EVIL AND FITNAH. HE (صلى الله عليه و سلم) ALSO DESCRIBED THE SWORD AS BEING THE KEY TO JANNAH
[Reported by Ibn Abī Shaybah on the authority of Abū Mūsā]
He also declared that his worldly provision was placed for him in the shade of his spear and that the best livelihood for the Muslim in the future is what he takes with his sword from the kāfir enemy.
So, how can the zanādiqah (heretics) or even those who blindly follow them – Trump, Bush, Obama, and Kerry – obstinately claim that
“Islam is a religion of peace,” meaning pacifism?
One of the biggest shubuhāt propagated by the heretics is the linguistic root for the word Islam.
They claim it comes from the word Salam (peace), when in actuality it comes from words meaning submission and sincerity sharing the same consonant root.

Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) also sent down iron alongside the revelation to consolidate His religion by the sword forged with iron.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
{WE HAVE SENT OUR MESSENGERS WITH CLEAR EVIDENCES AND SENT DOWN WITH THEM THE SCRIPTURE AND THE BALANCE THAT THE PEOPLE MAY MAINTAIN [THEIR AFFAIRS] IN JUSTICE. AND WE SENT DOWN IRON, WHEREIN IS GREAT MILITARY MIGHT AND BENEFITS FOR THE PEOPLE, AND SO THAT ALLAH MAY MAKE EVIDENT THOSE BELIEVING IN THE UNSEEN WHO SUPPORT HIM AND HIS MESSENGERS. INDEED, ALLAH IS POWERFUL AND EXALTED IN MIGHT}
(Surah Al Hadīd 57:25)
Ibn Taymiyyah (رحيم الله) said,
“THE BASIS OF THE RELIGION IS A GUIDING BOOK AND SUPPORTING SWORD”
[MAJMŪ’ AL-FATĀWĀ]
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) also described what should be struck with the sword,
{REMEMBER WHEN YOUR LORD REVEALED TO THE ANGELS, “I AM WITH YOU, SO STRENGTHEN THOSE WHO HAVE BELIEVED. I WILL CAST TERROR INTO THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO DISBELIEVED, SO STRIKE [THEM] UPON THE NECKS AND STRIKE FROM THEM EVERY FINGERTIP”}
(Surah Al Anfāl 8:12)
He (سبحانه وتعالى) also said,
{SO WHEN YOU MEET THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE, STRIKE THEIR NECKS UNTIL, WHEN YOU HAVE INFLICTED SLAUGHTER UPON THEM, THEN SECURE THEIR BONDS, AND EITHER [CONFER] FAVOR AFTERWARDS OR RANSOM [THEM] UNTIL THE WAR LAYS DOWN ITS BURDENS}
(Surah Muhammad 47:4)
HIS MESSENGER (صلى الله عليه و سلم) ALSO DESCRIBED THE SWORD AS THE SALVATION FROM EVIL AND FITNAH. HE (صلى الله عليه و سلم) ALSO DESCRIBED THE SWORD AS BEING THE KEY TO JANNAH
[Reported by Ibn Abī Shaybah on the authority of Abū Mūsā]
He also declared that his worldly provision was placed for him in the shade of his spear and that the best livelihood for the Muslim in the future is what he takes with his sword from the kāfir enemy.
So, how can the zanādiqah (heretics) or even those who blindly follow them – Trump, Bush, Obama, and Kerry – obstinately claim that
“Islam is a religion of peace,” meaning pacifism?
One of the biggest shubuhāt propagated by the heretics is the linguistic root for the word Islam.
They claim it comes from the word Salam (peace), when in actuality it comes from words meaning submission and sincerity sharing the same consonant root.

NIFAAQ-(HYPOCRISY)---Omar-Bakri-Muhammad
FEAR OF HYPOCRISY
Abū Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) said that,
Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said,
“Whoever dies without taking part in a battle and without intending to take part in a battle, has died with a trait of hypocrisy”
[Sahīh Muslim].
Therefore, abandoning jihād is a trait of hypocrisy. So be wary of it or else it may seize you by your heart.
Hasan Al Basrī (رحيم الله) said,
“No one fears hypocrisy except a believer, and no one feels safe from it except a hypocrite”
[Jāmi’ Al Ulūm Wal Hikam]
Ibn Rajab (رحيم الله) said,
“Sahl At Tustarī said,
‘The murid (devout worshipper) fears being afflicted with sins, but the ‘ārif (knowledgeable slave) fears being afflicted with kufr.’
For this reason, the Sahābah and the righteous Salaf after them were afraid of nifāq (hypocrisy) for themselves, and their worry of nifāq was severe.
Therefore, the believer is afraid of minor nifāq for himself, and he is afraid that such could overcome him prior to death and thus drive him into Major nifāq, as we mentioned before that deeply hidden evils bring about sinful death”
[Jāmi’ Al Ulūm Wal Hikam]
So abandoning hijrah – the path to jihād – is a dangerous matter. In effect, one is thereby deserting jihād and willingly accepting his tragic condition of being a hypocritical spectator.
He lives in the West amongst the kuffār for years, spends hours on the Internet, reads news and posts on forums, only to be encompassed by the verse.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
They think the companies have not [yet] withdrawn. And if the companies should come [again], they would wish they were in the desert among the Bedouins, inquiring [from afar] about your news. And if they should be among you, they would not fight except for a little.
[Surah Al Ahzāb 33:20]
On should ask himself, “What is the assurance that I’m not encompassed by this verse or others like it?”
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) should also contemplate,
And if they had intended to go forth, they would have prepared for it [some] preparation. But Allah disliked their being sent, so He kept them back, and they were told, "Remain [behind] with those who remain." Had they gone forth with you, they would not have increased you except in confusion, and they would have been active among you, seeking [to cause] you fitnah. And among you are avid listeners to them. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.
[Surah At Tawbah 9:46-47]
Ibnul Qayyim (رحيم الله) said,
“Allah disliked their obedience due to the filthiness of their hearts and the corruption of their intentions, so He kept them back and made them sit. He hated their closeness to Him due to their inclination towards His enemies, so He expelled them and distanced them from Himself. They turned away from His revelation, so He turned away from them, brought them agony, did not make them happy, and ruled upon them with a just rule that leaves them with no hope for success unless they repent”
[Madārij As Sālikīn]
Ask yourself, “What is the assurance that Allah did not dislike my being dispatched? Maybe He saw in me a trait of hypocrisy which I cannot see, and therefore He banned me from jihād?”
This constant feeling of self-doubt should destroy one’s insides. In the recent past, sincere Muslims would weep and pray daily for an escape from the lands of qu’ūd (abandonment of jihād) to the lands of jihād, even if to live only as a soldier in constant wait for the opportunity to battle.
They would dream of going to Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Chechnya, Algeria, Somalia, and Waziristan, but to no avail. They knew that the only way for a man claiming a mustard seed of faith in his heart to preserve his faith would be to leave the West.

KHAWARIJ---Abdallah-Al-Faisal
Allah states that He has compensated His believing servants for their lives and wealth — if they give them up in His cause — with Paradise. This demonstrates Allah’s favour, generosity and bounty, for He has accepted the good that He already owns and bestowed, as a price from His faithful servants.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ اشْتَرَى مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَلَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الّجَنَّةَ يُقَـتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْءانِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُواْ بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِى بَايَعْتُمْ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
VERILY, ALLAH HAS PURCHASED OF THE BELIEVERS THEIR LIVES AND THEIR PROPERTIES FOR (THE PRICE) THAT THEIRS SHALL BE THE PARADISE. THEY FIGHT IN ALLAH’S CAUSE, SO THEY KILL AND ARE KILLED. IT IS A PROMISE IN TRUTH WHICH IS BINDING ON HIM IN THE TAURAT (TORAH) AND THE INJIL (GOSPEL) AND THE QUR’AN. AND WHO IS TRUER TO HIS COVENANT THAN ALLAH? THEN REJOICE IN THE BARGAIN WHICH YOU HAVE CONCLUDED. THAT IS THE SUPREME SUCCESS
(Surah At Taubah 9:111)
This is why those who fight in the cause of Allah are said to have conducted the sale with Allah, meaning, accepted and fulfilled his covenant.
Hasan Al Basrī (رحيم الله) and Qatadah (رحيم الله) commented,
“BY ALLAH! ALLAH HAS PURCHASED THEM AND RAISED THEIR WORTH.”
Shimr bin `Atiyyah (رحيم الله) said,
“THERE IS NOT A MUSLIM BUT HAS ON HIS NECK A SALE THAT HE MUST CONDUCT WITH ALLAH; HE EITHER FULFILS ITS TERMS OR DIES WITHOUT DOING THAT.”
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
يُقَـتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ
THEY FIGHT IN ALLAH’S CAUSE, SO THEY KILL AND ARE KILLED
Whether they were killed or they kill the enemy, or both, then Paradise will be theirs.
The Two Sahihs recorded the Hadith,
وَتَكَفَّلَ اللهُ لِمَنْ خَرَجَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَا يُخْرِجُهُ إِلَّا جِهَادٌ فِي سَبِيلِي وَتَصْدِيقٌ بِرُسُلِي بِأَنْ تَوَفَّاهُ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ، أَوْ يَرْجِعَهُ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ الَّذِي خَرَجَ مِنْهُ، نَائِلًا مَا نَالَ مِنْ أَجْرٍ أَوْ غَنِيمَة
(ALLAH HAS MADE A PROMISE TO THE PERSON WHO GOES OUT (TO FIGHT) IN HIS CAUSE; `AND NOTHING COMPELS HIM TO DO SO EXCEPT JIHAD = IN MY CAUSE AND BELIEF IN MY MESSENGERS. ‘HE WILL EITHER BE ADMITTED TO PARADISE IF HE DIES, OR COMPENSATED BY ALLAH, EITHER WITH A REWARD OR BOOTY IF HE RETURNS HIM TO THE HOME WHICH HE DEPARTED FROM)
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنجِيلِ وَالْقُرْءانِ
IT IS A PROMISE IN TRUTH WHICH IS BINDING ON HIM IN THE TORAH AND THE INJIL AND THE QUR’AN
Allah has decreed this for His Most Honourable Self, and revealed it to His Messengers in His Glorious Books, the Torah that He sent down to Musa, the Injil that He sent down to `Isa, and the Qur’an that was sent down to Muhammad, may Allah’s peace and blessings be on them all.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ
AND WHO IS TRUER TO HIS COVENANT THAN ALLAH
Allah never breaks a promise.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَدِيثاً
AND WHO IS TRUER IN STATEMENT THAN ALLAH
(Surah An Nisa 4:87)
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ قِيلاً
AND WHOSE WORDS CAN BE TRUER THAN THOSE OF ALLAH
(Surah An Nisa 4:122)
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
فَاسْتَبْشِرُواْ بِبَيْعِكُمُ الَّذِى بَايَعْتُمْ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
THEN REJOICE IN THE BARGAIN WHICH YOU HAVE CONCLUDED. THAT IS THE SUPREME SUCCESS
(Surah At Tawbah 9:111)
Those who fulfil the terms of this contract and uphold this covenant receive the good news of great success and everlasting delight.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
التَّـئِبُونَ الْعَـبِدُونَ الْحَـمِدُونَ السَّـئِحُونَ الرَكِعُونَ السَّـجِدونَ الاٌّمِرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّاهُونَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَالْحَـفِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ اللَّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
THOSE WHO REPENT, WHO WORSHIP (HIM), WHO PRAISE (HIM), WHO FAST, WHO BOW DOWN, WHO PROSTRATE THEMSELVES, WHO ENJOIN GOOD AND FORBID EVIL, AND WHO OBSERVE THE LIMITS SET BY ALLAH. AND GIVE GLAD TIDINGS TO THE BELIEVERS
(Surah At Tawbah 9:112)
This is the description of the believers from whom Allah has purchased their souls and wealth, who have these beautiful and honourable qualities,
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
التَّـئِبُونَ
(WHO REPENT) FROM ALL SINS AND SHUN ALL EVILS
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
الْعَـبِدُونَ
(WHO WORSHIP), THEIR LORD AND PRESERVE THE ACTS OF WORSHIP THAT INCLUDE STATEMENTS AND ACTIONS
Praising Allah is among the best statements.
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
الْحَـمِدُونَ
WHO PRAISE HIM
Fasting is among the best actions, involving abstaining from the delights of food, drink and sexual intercourse, this is the meaning hereby,
Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) says:
السَّـئِحُونَ
AS-SA’IHUN (WHO FAST)
(Surah At Taubah 9:112)
Allah also described the Prophet’s wives that they are,
