Raw peanut curry
Ingredients
Raw peanuts 500g
Onion 1 medium
Green chilli 1
Garlic cloves 2
Dry chilli 3
Curry leaves
Pandan leaves
Curry powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Chilli powder 1 Tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Thick Coconut milk 2 cups
Coconut oil 2 Tbsp
Method
Boil the peanuts and remove the outer layer of it.
Slice Onion, Green chilli and garlic.
Heat a pan and add the Coconut oil , add the Dry chilli and fry for 2 minutes, add the Sliced onion, Sliced Green chilli, Sliced Garlic, Curry leaves,Pandan leaves and sauté for few minutes until onions become slightly golden brown.
Add Chilli powder, curry powder, Turmeric powder, Black pepper and Salt.
Mix well and cook for 3 minutes in medium heat.
Add the boiled peanuts and Thick Coconut milk.
Cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
Here you have "delicious peanut curry. "
