GM. Prince, Andre Price, Reginald Peterson & Robert Taylor are the soulful male quartet which goes by the name of 'Smooth-N-Direct'. i didn't know about them until one group's member son posted one of their song on youtube, then i learned & i got to know better about them. that's when Internet starts to become really useful, on this example, i truely didn't have a single clue about them & i discovered them randomly, almost 15 years later !!! it's really crazy !!! anyway, don't have the basic details on this AMAZING group, i still don't know which part the USA they were from, but all i can tell you they were definitely independent & unfortunately the album never been released round the year it was recorded (1995). so that's why i had to bring them to you all, because i truely think they deserve way more attention than they had back then, it's not because the album was unreleased that is not quality sound, on the contrary believe it, it's pure dopeness to me ! so i'm here to definitely put the spotlight on these talented guys right here, hope you'll enjoy the album as much as i do ! as their group's name 'Smooth-N-Direct' might inspired you, their style were mainly based on Slow Jam, so you will definitely find on their album, mainly slow jams, but quality slow jams with a catchy melodic instrumentals & also catchy choruses that will stay on your mind for a long while, believe that !!!
