HJR 79 is a ballot initiative resolution that raises the percentage of signatures and districts required to obtain those signatures, etc. making it extremely difficult if not near impossible for average citizens to put an initiative on the ballot. Yet the ballot language will not include that. HJR 79 is scheduled for a hearing tomorrow on Wednesday April 13 at the Missouri Capitol in Jefferson City in Senate Committee Room 1 at 10 a.m.
