Fairly starved for content these days due to travel restrictions, closures etc and so just a brief look at how we manage to entertain ourselves and get out of the the house and out of town for some short respite from the stir crazy. This is the 1st of a series I will do of a trip on the bike from Cha Am to Central North Thailand Isan, Chayphum , Khon Kaen Thailand. 1st stop of course Bangkok, 166 Klm 3.5 hour trip, overnight then on to Khao Yai National Park then on to Buriram then Mahasarakam then to Khon Kaen and back again by a different route maybe via Rayong. Part II of our trip away to Kho Thalu. A 3.5 hour drive from Cha Am and a short 20 minute boat ride to the Island. A great place albeit with a few issues but nothing that spoils the aesthetics of the island and the place.
