Myra just made some cooking videos. This is 1 of 3. I thought once she got into videos she would like making them and I was right. She just completed the most liked and commented video set we ever posted.
This is a typical Filipino dish. Saute onions, garlic, and ginger. Then add chicken and fry it. After it is fried put papaya and water. Cook about 5 minutes then ad malunggay and chiles. Next prepare to be very happy eating this delicious food.
Tinolang Manok ay ordenaryong niluluto ng mga Filipino....ang mga sankap nito ay....karneng Manok, Luya, Bawang sibuyas, Tanglad at malunggay. at papaya at chile. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_pRflpMyGY
I played some flute music and added it to the beginning and at the end... Thank you http://tweetyjill.com for sending us a "Care Package" of stamps, inks and collage papers. We love them so much ... more fun in the Philippines. Myra love the ATCs and is spending most of her spare time making them.
Myra has definitely turned into an ATC ( Artist Trading Card ) fan. She has spent 30 of the last 48 hours making them and experimenting with papers, and stamps. She even 'Clorox' misted some of her brilliant colored papers.
I moved to The Philippines with a backpack, my computer, and drawing/art material. To write play and make videos. Please consider subscribing if you enjoy the videos this is an ongoing project of self discovery and growth. Also you can ad me in twitter @JackLNorthrup Please enjoy

Our local Internet Cafe - Life in the Philippines . The owner is moving right across the street from me. The cafe is a rented building and the owner wants to turn it into a bakery. Most of the internet cafe customers are kids coming in to play games. The games are reasonably low end so the computers are not death defying gaming computers. Also, most games are played locally. The internet is not fast enough for networked online games.

Filipino Dish Pechay and Sardines - Bok Choy - Chinese Cabbage
The sardine part of the description. In the first video I described the health benefits of pechay.
I research so I can accurately write little tidbits of information, concerning my videos, in my descriptions. To be quite honest I was quite surprised when I read about how good sardines are for your health. I got loads of information so much in fact I decide to be fair I will look up the bad effects on health. That search came up empty. Well almost. One dude thinks if sardines gather around Fukushima nuclear plant and are radio active they would be dangerous to eat. There is also a guy is sure if you eat seven to ten pounds of them a day you will get mercury poison. All the rest were applauding the health benefits to a point of calling them amazing and a miracle food.
I will stick with very good for your health.
Sardines as we all know are a bit oily. I thought for sure that was going to be a negative. It is not. Over 85% of the fat is unsaturated which can help lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease. It is even thought that Vitamin D, in the form of calcitriol, may be important in the prevention of various types of cancer. They are rich in vitamin D. Vitamin D is so important is if usually fortified as a supplement in milk. Sardines are also very high in calcium. That combination of calcium and vitamin D make them very important here in the Philippines where milk is not readily available and affordable as in the USA.
They are high in protein. Our body does not absorb and use protein directly. When we eat protein it is broken down into small pieces amino acid and chains of amino acid called peptides. The amino acids and peptides circulated via our blood and are used to construct the protein our body muscle requires. Body muscle is about 20% protein. It is so necessitated to develop muscles. It is a key supplement for for people wanting to increase muscular mass. Sounds to me like high in protein is a good sign. Eat more Sardines.
Sardines will provide vitamin B12 and numerous nutrients that support cardiovascular health. Vitamin B12 promotes cardiovascular well-being since it involved in keeping homocysteine in under control. Homocysteine can cause damage artery walls. Sardines are so rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which lower cholesterol levels, that one serving contains over 50% of the daily of these important nutritional aids.
Well enough supplemental information. I am going to have a couple sardines and a beer.
I have blog http://Jacknorthrup.com/blog . It has some pictures to complement many of the videos, sometimes extended articles and some videos not publicly released on YouTube. If you enjoy our YouTube Channel I am quite sure you will enjoy

How It Was Done Raggedy Anne Dolls Video In the desolate ruins of the doll factory, the once bustling production floor now lies in disarray. Imagine a scene where broken and vintage doll parts are scattered like forgotten memories. The floor, covered in remnants of ceramic dolls, showcases a macabre collection of cracked skulls and shattered limbs. In the midst of this haunting landscape, Raggedy Ann, a small and worn figure, lies among the discarded pieces—a silent witness to the factory's demise. The grey somber filter accentuates the eerie atmosphere, casting an unsettling mood over the abandoned realm.
That was the prompt used to create the images for the small video. The video above is How it is done. A full size real time video is coming soon.

I have always loved programming and retired from a career in computer automation. Once again I have gotten very involved in computers. I am an avid Python and JavaScript enthusiast. My retirement in the Philippines began in Sept 6, 2012. I filled a backpack with drawing/art material and a laptop to write and headed overseas to live a dream . I am still in the Philippines. The trends of AI created imagery has opened door to new forms of video creation and computer imagery. I have united my love for video production and Python Flask to create FlaskAppArchitect a video Creator using AI images.

It was my last trip to the immigration office in order straighten my paperwork in order to leave for Taiwan. I will be spending a couple of days there and returning to the Philip[pines. Hopefully I will make a few videos in Taiwan to post when I return. It is a very inexpensive trip as far as the airline ticket, but it cost almost the same as a ticket to get your paper work to leave. I will be posting a monolog about the process in the next day or two. It sounds like a pain .. and is .. but I do understand the reason for process. I have been here for over a year. If something happens to me in Taiwan, the Philippines wants to be able to prove without a doubt I left here and of my own free will. It is all part of the political game of CYA.
