Last night the Senate unanimously passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. This bipartisan package will provide much-needed support for families and businesses as well as stabilize the economy.
Highlights of the CARES Act:
Direct assistance to families and workers through recovery checks.
Individuals are eligible for checks up to $1,200 and married couples filing jointly are eligible for checks up to $2,400, with an extra $500 for each child.
Strengthens and expands unemployment insurance for Americans who cannot work due to the coronavirus disaster.
Students can defer student loan payments for 6 months.
$350 billion in federally guaranteed loans via the Paycheck Protection Program for small businesses.
These resources will allow 8 weeks of cash-flow assistance to small businesses that maintain their payrolls.
$17 billion in small business debt relief.
$100 billion for hospitals and health care providers.
$16 billion for personal protection equipment (PPE), ventilators, and medical supplies.
$4.3 billion for the CDC.
$45 billion for the FEMA disaster relief fund.
$19 billion for the Department of Veterans Affairs to support our veterans.
Speeds the development of coronavirus vaccines, ensures free tests, and boost hiring of coronavirus related jobs.
It’s now time for Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats to pass this legislation to provide much overdue relief.
President Trump and the White House Coronavirus Task Force are leading an unprecedented, comprehensive, and aggressive whole of America approach to slow the spread of the virus. This response started in January.
Americans are approving the President’s response efforts:
A Gallup poll showed 60% approve of the President’s response to the coronavirus. The Gallup poll also showed an increase in the President’s approval rating among independents and Democrats.
The White House Coronavirus Task Force remains in constant communication with the world, Federal, State, and Local officials. The public and media continue to be informed through press conferences and interviews.
Working with private sector partners, the production of personal protective equipment has increased.
Ford Motor Company, Hanes, Walmart, Apple, and Carnival Cruise Lines are just some of the many companies that have stepped up to help Americans and health care professionals.
The cure cannot be worse than the problem itself and the President and his team remain hopeful the economy can reopen soon.
We have to balance the public health concern with the enormous impact the virus is having on the economy.

Peter Boykin is a political commentator, information technology (IT) professional, and former political candidate residing in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is well known for founding the Gays for Trump organization.
In 2016, Peter Boykin founded the Gays for Trump organization which gained national attention as it solicited support from gay Americans for then-dark horse candidate Donald Trump through widespread social media messaging and outreach.
Gays for Trump has also organized events, like the "Gay" Deploraball Presidential Inauguration event in Maryland on the night of President Trumps Inauguration which was covered by many media outlets.
#GaysForTrump maintains a public Facebook page and a private Facebook group, where nearly 2,600 members bond over their identity of advocating gay rights and backing President Trump’s agenda.
After Trump became president, Boykin began hosting the MAGA First News radio show on the Pro-Trump news and commentary website, MAGA One Radio.
In February 2018, Boykin announced that he was running for North Carolina House of Representatives to represent District 58. After advancing from the primary on May 8, 2018 and receiving the backing of the North Carolina Republican Party he lost in the general election on November 6, 2018 to the North Carolina Democratic Party candidate, Amos Quick.
Boykin was featured in The Daily Beast for his controversial support of Donald Trump's ban on transgender people serving in the United States Armed Forces. In an interview with The Daily Beast he said that transgender soldiers are “mentally challenged” and too expensive for the military. He also said, “People already have enough problems with PTSD, I don’t think it’s a good idea to give someone going through that type of change a weapon. They might snap and turn it on their fellow soldiers.”

This involves a multilayer system that involves massive voter fraud but then covered up by social media and the main media including Fox News to try to make you think Joe Biden is the President-Elect.
They even created a fake "Office of the President-Elect" that DOES NOT exist.
On top of that Facebook and Twitter and Youtube have been telling us all news that the right shares are fake, or false, or incomplete. Then after election day they even put many pro-Trump admins and moderators on 30-day bans!
Then even for some like Peter Boykin they ultimately disabled his account for good. Thus stopping anyone who refuses to just give up and accept their planned coup and to stop us all from talking.

Retail stores in North Carolina are now required to take additional steps to limit the risk of community transmission during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
That comes by order of Gov. Roy Cooper, who announced the new rules.
And what do you do if you visit a store (or work for one) that isn’t following the rules? The old “if you see something, say something” rule applies here.
“If someone feels a business is operating unsafely or in violation of the executive order, they should call their local law enforcement agency,” a spokesperson with the DHHS COVID-19 Joint Information Center told The News & Observer.
