Music to Help Calm ADHD Hyperactivity, Improved Concentration for Attention Deficit
Welcome to Music to Help Calm ADHD Hyperactivity, Improved Concentration for Attention Deficit. Use headphones to get the benefit from the binaural beats.

I thought it was time to do some more to help my Attention Deficit and ADHD fellows as Adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as well as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children counts for up to 20% of us, we are a big group of people.

This time no guided meditation or prior knowledge or practise is needed, just put on your headphones and let the music be soaked up by your brain.

This music is made for adults and teens while children can use it with adult supervision it is not made directly for them!

With binaural beats set at 9 Hz which has been shown to be one of the best frequencies for ADD and ADHD as well as Dyslexia and one of my own personal favorites - I must say I used to use them a lot before I gained more control through meditation and much brain training and brain entrainment.

If you find resistance to listening to this music, i.e. feeling frustration, then this is a great sign you need to listen to it more!!! This is your subconscious fighting to stay in its comfort zone or the Stressed Sympathetic Nervous System (this is not healthy and your subconscious is actually fighting against your best interests here!!!!) I discuss in my free course that the links can be found below.

The rhythm of this Improved Concentration for Attention Deficit track is at 60 bpm. This rate is very important for concentration. Many say classical music is great for concentration. This however is not quite correct. Studies show that classical music at 60 bpm is actually what makes the difference at 432 hz tuning not the 440hz industry standard for everyone. The classical music is the least important part of the equation, it is the Beats Per Minute (bpm) combined with musical frequencies that are.
Why is this 60 bpm music important? You may be asking…

The human rest heart rate is on average 60bpm and this helps to stimulate the alpha brain wave state. You see a pattern forming, yes?

To stimulate this Alpha frequency further... The flute is an instrument known for stimulating this alpha brainwave state.

The Alpha brainwave state is also known as the Learning State as well as the Concentration state, relaxation State or “the Zone”.

As you can see we have to help stimulate the Alpha State which is so important for ADD and ADHD as it triggers not only the he
