G-Fit Workout of the Day: 30 minutes cardio of your choice
-10 plank up downs -10 plank toe to elbow -10 leg extension with knee to chest -15 second forearm side plank -10 reverse plank kick ups -10 walking out push ups
Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart and your toes in a neutral stance. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and press it directly overhead. Dropdown into a squat, pushing your glutes back and maintaining your straight arm overhead. Return to the starting position by using your heels to press back up and repeat. Repeat the movement on the starting side, then switch the dumbbell to the other side and repeat with your opposite arm straight overhead.

Start by placing an exercise band, TRX, rope, or even a towel around a stable surface. Step back so that your arms are locked and fully extended and your feet out in front of you. Begin the movement by leaning back and bending fully at the knees into a low squat position, with your glutes dipping lower than your bent knees. Contract your glutes at the bottom of your squat, then use your heels to return to the starting position and repeat, maintaining the backward lean with each squat.
G-Tip: You will naturally feel some engagement in your upper body but the key is to use your glute muscles, rather than arm muscles, to rise back up with each squat.
