Realtime Raytracing | Simple Day and Night Cycle | Demo and Source Code in Description
My progress from the last video is that i could improve the noise and its running now also on Nvidia cards without artifacts. But its still only working on chrome based browsers due to lack of SharedArrayBuffers and/or WebGL 2 support. Only time can fix this for other browsers :)
My next steps are: * using a octree structure on GPU too to improve the performance * working on ai denoising in webgl
This video shows the new Dynamic Level of Detail System.
In this version are working 2 cpu threads on building chunks and one thread is working on the main game loop.

1,6 million polygons: 155

Memory usage in this scene:
System Memory ~ 113 MB
GPU Memory 80 MB - 270 MB

- lighting with radoisity
- collision detection for physic objects
- and Level Editor improvements
