When I was looking for a very low-cost reliable smartwatch on Amazon I settled on the TYKOIT smartwatch. It had the features I wanted for a very low price of about $17. Currently, it's about $22.00 and could change over time. The smartwatch had the features I was looking for which were primarily a tracking app for my heart rate and activities along with tracking my sleep. I also like the fact the watch could locate my phone and it had some unexpected features such as the ability to sync with other smartwatches so a person could monitor their parents or someone they were concerned about as it could check on their heart rate and amount of time they were spending sedentary and their exercise program for the day. I did not use the smartwatch for the news or music nor did I use it to notify me of any phone calls or text messages. After wearing it for several days I did see where the watch was making a mark on my arm so I removed it for a few hours and it went away. Something to keep an eye on. Today was a beautiful day to pick trash. The weather was perfect. I had to go early but found people had put stuff out ahead of schedule and there were some surprisingly nice items. One of the best items that I failed to show in the video was a beautiful white sectional couch. It looked like it was leather. Very clean and I couldn't find hardly anything wrong with it. There was also a very tall square metal lamp that is shown in the video. It needs some lampshade paper replaced but it was in excellent shape and very unique design. Once again I found some photographs someone had thrown out in the trash. A couple of albums. They were fairly recent. I'm not sure why I have more sympathy for the older black-and-white photographs than the newer color ones. But I do. There was also a photo album full of maps of South Florida. Street maps. This was before GPS and Google maps. Today I took home an almost new folding cane, a box of hardware, new and in perfect shape, a snorkel, some work goggles, and an orange glove. Last week I must've come across a dozen lampshades and this week. None. I am out of shape. Bicycling for an hour made me have to stop and rest. When I got home my heart was beating very fast. I need to exercise more. Today's video was an experiment. I know people's attention spans have gotten a lot shorter so I tried to make this video a lot shorter. I do think the video needed more photos of trash and less video of the neighborhood. Also, if the music went on much longer. I think it would give people a headache. However, I was looking to find something that was a background ambient sort of music with a rhythmic repetitious beat to it. Similar to pedaling a bicycle. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Speaking of bicycles the crank on my bicycle appears broken. There is a large crack where the pedal attaches. Also, the main bearing in the crank assembly is worn out and wobbly. I need to find out how much it will cost me to replace it. Probably more than I paid for the bicycle. By the way, this is not a girl's or woman's bicycle. It is a folding bicycle and prefers to call itself a folding bicycle. Please do not be dismissive of my bicycle's life experience and choice of identity. Thanks again for watching. Mushrooming Without Fear by Alexander Schwab https://amzn.to/2KcsHcC is an excellent beginners book on identifying some of the more common mushrooms found in many parts of the country and in a way that appears to be safe. I have no experience or knowledge of collecting edible wild mushrooms and found the information very helpful. I think the instructions and accompanying photos are excellent. before I actually ate any mushrooms identified in the book I would want to find out more from other sources to get a second opinion. Ideally, you would want to go mushrooming with an experienced person. However, the mushrooms that were focused on in the book were identified very thoroughly in both text and multiple photos. I just feel more comfortable if I have additional information I think the book is very well written and would recommend it to any beginner. One of my favorite movies is Office Space. I needed a stapler and decided to look and see if Amazon had a red Swingline stapler. Like the one from the movie Office Space. They did. It is pretty cool. I did some research and found out when the movie was made Swingline did not make a red stapler. The movie had a black Swingline stapler taken to an auto paint shop and had the stapler painted red. After the movie came out there was so much demand for a red Swingline stapler, the company came out with this model, The Swingline 747. The Office Space character Milton Waddam is played by the wonderful Stephen Root who was also the voice of Bill Dauterive on King of the Hill but also played Buck Strickland which I never knew.
