WARNING: Based on my experience, I cannot imagine anyone enjoying this unless their favorite dessert is a salt lick.
This is the first thing I've posted on this channel where the results are borderline inedible. (Of course, I don't generally let food go to waste because I was at one point a starving college student. I ate it as my afternoon snack, but it was really hard to get past the saltiness.)
I was excited to see an "easy" breadstick recipe using lupin flour. While this has few ingredients, the dough was maddeningly sticky. It is also WAY too salty for normal human consumption. I imagine there's got to be something that I did wrong, because other people have enjoyed them, but I'm not sure where I failed. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to manage the stickiness of the dough, please let me know in the comments.
I got the recipe from here: queenketo.com/easy-keto-low-carb-sesame-breadsticks/
