I know this video is going to set off a lot of people, but I promise that's not my intent. I'm just tired of seeing the same bullshit of "negativity only" on Twitter and so I feel it's important to talk about this. It's not bad if you have intrusive thoughts, and it's even okay to have negative intrusive thoughts as long as you handle them correctly and seek medical help if you believe you need it, however negative intrusive thoughts are not the only kind that exist and I'm sick of pretending that's not the case. You could have a HILARIOUS intrusive thought, a scary one, a sad one, a happy one, there's all kinds.
