CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. — A police officer in Chester County is charged after hitting and killing a bicyclist, according to the district attorney. The district attorney said Westtown-East Goshen Regional Officer Jason Listmeier hit 75-year-old Michael Ghione on South High Street in West Goshen Township on Feb. 19 while he was responding to a call.
