One Plate vs. One Bowl Rule (Monk Eating Guidelines)
The one-plate rule is the original version of the one-bowl rule--with the endgame in mind of the fact that ALL your food is eventually going to become nasty good in one place anyway!
What do you do when you are at the end of your rope and can’t manage to stay in control when facing a bout of super hunger? Step-2: “Am I willing to endure the inconvenience and possible
disappointment of buying, preparing, and eating this?”
