SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE—a kettlebell workout
This workout is simple but effective, simple as in it only involves the hang clean, press, lunge, and jumping jack. Effective as in it works the lower-body, upper-body, and your cardio.

The correct kettlebell deadlift form is super important to prevent injury but also to target the intended muscle groups. Not using a correct deadlift form can result in injury and time wasted.
The correct form for a kettlebell hip hinge deadlift as demonstrated in the video is:
The back remains neutral or slightly hollow
The shins remain vertical
The hips move slightly back and down
The arms are straight and hanging
The neck follows the rest of the spine
