Today’s YouTube Short is about “how to cool down before you get really angry”using a skill taught in DBT called T.I.P.P.
T.I.P.P. stands for:
temperature change,
increased exercise,
progressive muscle relaxation
and paced breathing.
Right when I’m about to get super angry and or lose my shit I resort to this method.
This is really help me control my anger which is something I’m really good at having. I hope this helps you guys out in your dreams are feeling better.
