How to identify the Boeing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HklHNtnUMSc
The F/A-18 Hornet developed from the Northrop YF-17 Cobra and competed with the F-16 Fighting Falcon in the USAF lightweight fighter competition. A competition won by the F-16. The U.S Navy decided on a heavily modified version of the YF-17 for aircraft carrier use. This became the F/A-18 Hornet.
The Hornet like the Fighting Falcon was light, cheap and agile. These qualities, coupled with its immense ordnance load, made it a capable fighter for both the Navy and the Marines.
The F/A-18 has a digital control-by-wire flight control system which provides excellent handling qualities and allows for exceptional maneuverability.
While the Super Hornet has replaced the F/A-18 Hornet with the United States Navy it continues to serve with the United States Marine Corps and air forces across the world.

The Type 42 was a direct evolution of the cancelled Type 82 destroyer. Outfitted with Sea Dart missiles to deter air threats, it was smaller and more cost-effective than the Type 82, and proved to be an invaluable asset to the Royal Navy.

14:40 Post Falklands War.
The Type 42 or Sheffield/Town-class comprised of fourteen vessels that served in the Royal Navy. Additionally, two of the ships were built and served in the Argentine Navy. The first ship of the class was ordered in 1968 and launched in 1971. Two of the vessels, Sheffield and Coventry, were tragically sunk during the Falklands War in 1982. The Royal Navy utilized these destroyers for 38 years, between 1975 and 2013, until they were eventually replaced by the Type 45 destroyers. One of the ships remains active with the Argentine Navy.
The Type 42 Destroyer provided a reduced "economy" with maximum automation, a smaller crew, and the heaviest possible armament. The GWS-30 Sea Dart, a lightweight auto-loading twin railed unit, was chosen as the primary weapon. Additionally, the ship would be outfitted with a Mark 8 114mm automatic gun, a Lynx helicopter with ASW responsibilities, two Type 909 Sea Dart F/C radars, a Type 965 AKE-2 air search radar, a Type 992Q surface search radar, two single 20mm Oerlikon guns, and two sets of STWS Mk.2 torpedo launchers. This gave the ship the capability to attack close targets when the helicopter was out of range, and allowed the Lynx flexibility to perform additional missions.

A multi role fighter the J-10 Vigorous Dragon is fast replacing elderly J-7 and Q-5 aircraft combat aircraft with China's air force. Development of the J-10 began in 1988, with the first prototype flying in 1996, and entering service between 2003 and 2005.
Designed as a single-engine aircraft and initially reported as a clone of the Israeli IAI Lavi design, with enhancements through supposed access to Pakistani F-16s.
A single seat tactical fighter with a combat radius of 1,000km or 600 miles, although as the plane is capable of in-flight refueling this range may be extended if required the J-10 is optimized for interception providing an effective high-end component alongside the PLAAFs variants of their SU-27 interceptors. The jet is capable of operating in low light and adverse weather conditions in a high threat combat environment.
Today the J-10 is in use with both China and more recently Pakistani militaries. It is highly likely additional foreign orders will be forthcoming.
More than 500 J-10s of all types have rolled off production lines for both China's PLAN and PLAFF and more recently Pakistan.
