I have recently discovered that gut issues and other conditions are actually caused by a certain types of stress. Stress is a threat to your survival. Our organs are survival tools. So your body puts an organ into overdrive to help you survive. But when the stress is too long and/or intense this causes your organs to be in overdrive for too long and we get symptoms.
