http://www.seeallopensight.com/The See All Open Sight really is a brand new kind of gun sight. It isn't an optic like a red dot or a scope, but truly is an open sight more like iron sights (on a pistol or BUIS on a rifle) except way easier to use. Great for beginners since there is no learning curve to lining it up. Good for experienced shooters as well since it's quick to acquire and very simple in operation. No batteries, no settings.
I'd say in most cases I still prefer a simple red dot like the Bushnell TRS-25 seen in this video, but there are instances where the See All shines. I really do like it in the scout scope location on my Mosin Nagant.
The See All does have adjustment for windage and for elevation. Quite a bit, actually (150 inches of windage adjustment and 100 inches of elevation adjustment at 100 yards). When I said "no settings" I meant no zoom, focus, brightness, parallax, eye relief, etc things to worry about. No batteries. Few moving parts. Basically just that it's simple and rugged and just works. But, yeah, you can definitely adjust it for point of impact.
