In this episode I had the pleasure to interview Ivan Kayima sales professional and CEO founder of Spiela. Born and bred in south London in an area best known for its roughness upbringing environment. It was not an easy ride to where he is today, with few bumps on the road, lost his father and brother and at the age of 8, started hanging out with the wrong people and facing adversity at a very young age. However, this has cultivated his way of thinking and helped shaping who is he is and today a successful sales professional and entrepreneur and most importantly a great human being.
