New York & the Hermetic Code Part 8 This episode will focus on the street plans of New York and how the Commissioners Plan of 1811 was designed along the lines of the Hermetic Principle, As Above So Below. Manhattanhenge as it is called is an alignment of 42nd St with the summer solstice. Which also connects to the UN Building, as well as the Japanese Peace Bell and its astronomical connections. These all link to previous episodes through Grand Central Terminal, the Rockefeller Center and other key locations in NYC. George Washington features prominently, the designs of the Founding Fathers such as he and Governeur Morris extend beyond the political domain into the Hermetic Domain of town planning. A design template that has been expanded upon throughout the history of NYC and is still in use today. AS ABOVE SO BELOW, it is measurable and that it is repeated throughout the various periods of history is testament to the fact that it is A FACT! Through measures and symbols as well as the same architects and architectural features such as the Fibonacci numbers- PHI - Golden Ratio - Divine Proportion. Features that not only link to the Great Pyramid (ONCE AGAIN) but also to astronomical events (AS DOES THE GREAT PYRAMID). A design template that then also links to the Pythagorean Harmony via weights and measures in a very measurable way. They are all different but they are all the same. Over and over the Hermetic Code reinforces itself via the principle of AS ABOVE SO BELOW. A way of harmonizing the town plan and architecture with the Sun, Earth and Stars via ancient and (allegedly) modern system of measuring. Measuring systems that the standard texts will say are unconnected but are indeed connected. In a very measurable way, with multiple scales of measure harmonizing at the perfect point to link the SUN, Moon and Stars with the Earth itself through the most beautiful points of geometry, arithmetic and music. The means of transmission and motives behind it may be argued but its existence simply cannot be denied. It extends across the world and across time.
