So often we live in a cycle of habit, it works when those habits are helping us towards our goal, but it is crippling when those habits are the worst things in our life. Inflammation is a defensive response to foods that are NOT meant for our bodies. There is much bio-individuality from person to person, however, there is a logical approach to nutrition that goes un-taught and un-addressed in the fitness industry.
