2020 update - one minute into this video you can hear Chris come in, panting. Unbeknownst to me, his breathing and heart were being attacked - we were in the midst of a murder attempt that would almost kill him less than a month later. I've since been given hints that this murder attempt was linked to Starbucks, Amazon, and someone from Chris' life in the early 1980s, Courtney Love Cobain.

00:10 I make an error here - the on ramp to I-84 is actually across from a Shell station (a station which an earlier dream conflated with the police department). It's an interesting mistake to make since this woman named Erika K Myers was killed driving the wrong way on 1-84 on 7/6/2012 and also because the other person involved in that crash was named James Schnieder. Schneider is German for "someone who cuts."

Chris' seventh generation ancestor is named James.

Another pattern followed by this crash was one car swerving in time to miss her, before the second car hit her.

The woman's dog died in the fire.

Woman in fatal I-84 crash identified (Oregonian, July 7, 2012)

"The woman who died in a crash after driving the wrong way on I-84
near Corbett Friday night has been identified as a Portland woman.

Erika K. Myers, 36, of Southeast Portland, died at the scene, police said.

At 11:55 p.m., a 53-year-old man from White Salmon, Wash. was driving a 2005 Nissan Frontier pickup truck, going east on I-84, when it crashed head-on with a 2007 Kia Rio going west, driven by Myers.

Just before the crash, another vehicle in the left lane had swerved left to avoid hitting a wrong-way driver, according to a release from Oregon State Police.

...Eastbound traffic was diverted to Highway 30 for about three hours."
