At the Las Vegas SHOT Show I found this little number at the SIG-Sauer booth. It's the P-220 X-6 .45 ACP. This has a long slide, barrel and adjustable sights.
For all you "safety Critics" you need to know certain things about these Exhibition videos.
1. The exhibits require that all firearms have the firing pins removed.
2. The camera is recording unmanned and mounted on a tripod. No guns are pointed at a human.
3. In order to show the guns from all available angles they must be handled excessively.
4. Every possible step is taken to insure that these guns are unloaded and are in compliance with the firing pin requirements before they are photographed.
The only exception to above is during range exhibitions with live fire. In those cases you will not the type of handling that's done in the exhibit hall.
The SHOT Show, IWA Show or the NRA exhibits have never had a single firearm related accident despite millions of visitors in their respective histories.
Always practice safety.
