I love the art of fluid pouring. I've created many beautiful abstract acrylic painting with just a hairdryer. This simple painting tutorial will show you how I take one of those fluid pours to the next level. I work with what is already there and bring it up a notch to create an abstract acrylic painting that goes beyond just the original fluid pour to a beautiful abstract piece. This painting tutorial helps you and guides you so that you can do this too. Would you take your fluid pours to the Next Level?

I have become addicted by modified blooms! It all began when I started watching the fabulous videos by Milkyway Art Design Sharmin Kan @Milkyway Art Design By Sharmin Khan Her modified blooms are incredible!
This technique is a lot of fun and so satisfying. There's something great that happens when you drag the paint with a stick to create a beautiful modified bloom. It is almost magical.
After my painting dried I decided to add more colour. This was another step that added depth and excitement. I guide you step by step in this art tutorial. Plus I sing!

With a kitchen sponge as the tool of choice, one can achieve a dreamy, ethereal effect reminiscent of fluffy clouds. Dip the sponge into the desired colors, gently dabbing onto the canvas in soft, swirling motions. Layering different shades adds depth and dimension, while varying pressure and angles create texture and shape. Through this method, the sponge becomes a conduit for your artistic expression, transforming simple strokes into a mesmerizing landscape of softness and haze....in this case...a mesmerizing seascape. ??
