Most of you should have heard already, Kanye's new album is entitled "Jesus is King". We are going to talk about Jesus being King today. Let's just cut to the chase. No knock on Kanye, but let's just be very objective here; just because someone proclaims Jesus is King, does that make the Jesus they are proclaiming the true Jesus? Here's another question: Muslims also believe in Jesus, so do the Mormons and the Jehovah's Witnesses, but do they believe in the true Jesus? Is their Jesus the same Jesus of the actual Bible? Unfortunately, In my last couple of videos about Kanye, most of the people watching did not pay attention to the words and the Bible study being presented. I did not even attack Kanye in those videos; not even once. But it's ok, that was my fault. I got a bit too excited about presenting Bible truth and I did not take into consideration that there will be a lot of people who do not yet understand some Biblical truths. Now there are some things about Kanye's proclamations of his conversion that I did find pretty cool. I believe he told his wife, Kim, to stop wearing revealing outfits. That's good. He also wanted to stop cursing and so on and so forth. One of the things I liked is that he proclaimed that Jesus is King and like I mentioned, he even named his gospel album “Jesus is King”. Now, I am not attacking Kanye, I'm just testing the spirit. Remember, the Bible says to test the spirits in 1 John 4:1-4. Again, here are my questions: Even if someone proclaims Jesus as King, does that mean they are automatically Christians? Is it possible that there might be individuals who proclaim Jesus is King and yet still not saved? Is it possible that you can proclaim that Jesus is King yet still be deceived by the enemy to throw you off from your walk with Christ?
