Morning Routine in the Mountains of India - Wim Hoff, Yoga, Dance, and more.
I left the city around a year back to find refuge in nature. I am currently living in the mountains of India. Even though I away from all the chaos that is happening in the world I am affected by it. And I realize that right now the universe needs more awakened souls who are grounded and calm in the chaos. To raise the consciousness we need more souls shining in their light, peace, and happiness.
I have also launched a course called: Nurturing Our Inner Self. This course includes activities that can change our subconscious mind like affirmations, realsing fears, meditation etc to help people get the power of their mind so that we can create a great and higher reality. Link to the course:

We need to keep choosing love and act on the messages we receive from our guides.
The whole media is full of a sad narrative, we need to put the narrative that is positive and healing.
With the same inspiration, I have created this video to share how we can wake up and follow a routine to stay more centered, calm, grounded, and in the present moment. So that we can realize that when the dark ages come consciousness wakes up and shines through. It's your light that can dispel the darkness around cos it just takes one candle to light up the room.
This morning routine is really helping me to stay centered and in my highest self.
I have included all the activities that I do. For example, dance, mouth harp, Wim Hoff breathing exercise, yoga, and more. All of these activities have deeply influenced my state of being especially the Wim Hoff breathing. Having a morning has made me much more calm and relaxed. These activities help me feel everything is in synchronicity even in the chaos.
