Morning Routine in the Mountains of India - Wim Hoff, Yoga, Dance, and more.
I left the city around a year back to find refuge in nature. I am currently living in the mountains of India. Even though I away from all the chaos that is happening in the world I am affected by it. And I realize that right now the universe needs more awakened souls who are grounded and calm in the chaos. To raise the consciousness we need more souls shining in their light, peace, and happiness.
I have also launched a course called: Nurturing Our Inner Self. This course includes activities that can change our subconscious mind like affirmations, realsing fears, meditation etc to help people get the power of their mind so that we can create a great and higher reality. Link to the course:

We need to keep choosing love and act on the messages we receive from our guides.
The whole media is full of a sad narrative, we need to put the narrative that is positive and healing.
With the same inspiration, I have created this video to share how we can wake up and follow a routine to stay more centered, calm, grounded, and in the present moment. So that we can realize that when the dark ages come consciousness wakes up and shines through. It's your light that can dispel the darkness around cos it just takes one candle to light up the room.
This morning routine is really helping me to stay centered and in my highest self.
I have included all the activities that I do. For example, dance, mouth harp, Wim Hoff breathing exercise, yoga, and more. All of these activities have deeply influenced my state of being especially the Wim Hoff breathing. Having a morning has made me much more calm and relaxed. These activities help me feel everything is in synchronicity even in the chaos.

Enema can be used to clean out bodies. Because all the animal products, wheat, burgers etc etc get stuck in our gut and cause blockage.
I am just doing enema to see how it works and I was very curious. I am really looking for a super human body so I thought I would give it a try. Some people say it effect gut micro bio-me but it's clean water then i think you can get regenerate your microbiome quiet fast.

We are reforesting barren lands and also reforesting a Eucalyptus forest with native species and fruit trees- because mono culture Eucalyptus forest isn't good for mother earth and we want to bring back the native species in our area. We are doing permaculture in our land and becoming self sustainable for all our need. We are on solar power and live without internet. Hey guys, as you guys had requested this is a video of a day in my life in the mountains of India. I live off the grid, raw vegan and barefoot. I am a minimalist and spend most of my time in nature, being creative and connecting with all beings.
Recently I have started sleeping outside, I wake up to the sound of birds and a beautiful view. I love living in nature. I follow a morning routine with vizualization, dancing, reading audio books and so much more. Recently I have developed a liking for making fire, it's meditative, I have realized all my life working through gadgets makes me stay in my mind without using the body. So I love doing things where I can use both my mind and body. I am raw vegan so I only consume uncooked raw food. We have a gas system for cooking but we love to make food for our pets on this wood fire Chula since it's more sustainable for the planet.
Our house is in non network area so i walk to my work place which is my car parked on the different end of our land. Initially I wanted to rent out a place for work but it was too much an effort to go out everyday and I don't want to unnecessary burn fuel and create pollution. It really fulfils me to align my actions with my values and consume less.. initially I wanted to make the back of my car a moving work station but I think I have been lazy to do that and just enjoy working out of the back seat. I also spend a lot my time being creative and shooting videos. I guide the workers in their work for all the infrastructure projects we are taking. I also spend time taking care of our plants.
I chunk of my day also goes in whatever arrives like having adventures in nature and with my friends and pets.
In the evening I love to be with my friends and watching a documentary.
Living in nature has completely transformed my life, I feel fresh everyday, the stress of the city isn't there. I feel I am in snych with the rhythms of mother earth, connected, peaceful and happy. It's something that only be experienced and not expressed.

Hey Guys, here is a video of 3 days juice fast. I have done 60 days of juice cleanse/ fast before. It was amazing, now I keep fasting here and there for my health. The healing power of fasting combined combined good foods is amazing. Few days before I had tooth sensitivity. I have had teeth problems since I was in school. I don't like dentists plus I believe we can heal everything naturally. My teeth has been healing a lot of raw vegan diet, it's almost never feels that there is any problems. Just recently I was eating more nuts than required, they are acidic and hard so I had some tooth sentivitiy. I usually fast for my health and hence I did a a juice fast. And here are the results in the video.
