Pineapple Mead, this is aged at least 3 years. We did a video on this mead a while back and no, sorry, there's no recipe. It's essentially pineapple juice, honey and yeast though. I don't recall the exact measurements and I'm sorry, but at the time I wasn't good at taking notes! But, we taste this three year old pineapple mead today to see how it's doing.
