Both Aspartame (Equal) and Sucralose (Splenda) have dubious histories and long lists of questionable health effects. Diabetes, weight gain, brain and mood disorders, inflammatory bowel disease and leaky gut are just some of the reported effects of these sweeteners. They are in most processed food products labeled "diet" or "sugar-free" and in some products that you wouldn't think about such as toothpaste and over the counter drugs.

If you’re eating a lot of bread and other products made out of flour, it's very likely you are eating toxic substances. The wheat seed has been altered in the US as well as many other countries. This causes a biologically unnatural grain, which is not very compatible with human's and animal's bodies. One of the issues is gluten- a natural substance contained in some grains. Gluten itself is not bad but the gluten in the altered wheat seed IS bad. It causes damage to the lining of the gut which may result in leaky gut syndrome and inflammation of the intestines. The prostate is a small gland located beneath the bladder. It produces the fluid that nourishes and helps transport sperm, it helps to convert in active testosterone to the active form and it plays a role in your nation.
Symptoms of an enlarged prostate include urinary frequency and urgency, difficulty urinating, a weak stream, dribbling at the end of urination and sometimes pain with urination and/or ejaculation.
