Quick list of ingredients I use to make my under the tongue mineral mix. I take it daily and I feel the difference. I have been taking this mix since 2018.
This is what I do for myself and my family.

Do not use any ingredients you may be allergic to.
Reminder :
Minerals and prescription drugs do not mix.
If taking medication, a separation period of 2 hours is needed before taking any minerals or vitamins. Speak to your medical professional or practitioner for any advise and information.
Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender or by hand.
Pour into large glass bottle for storage.
Shake before every transfer or use.
Pour into a dropper bottle for dosing.
Store in a cool room temperature environment.
I use a 15-drop dropper for measuring my doses of minerals. That means the dropper has about 15 drops per dose. (in one squeeze)
I use 1 full dropper first thing every morning under my tongue. And another one in the afternoon.
I do not let the glass dropper touch any part of my mouth. It is for good hygiene protocols.
For beginners, half a dropper or 8 drops to start may be good to get a feel for the minerals. Work up gradually. Everyone has different body sizes, schedules and routines that factor in how much and when to take minerals complexes.
This mix of minerals generally give balanced energy and may keep one energized before bed.

Vegetable Glycerin / 2 oz. = 60 ml.
Distilled Water
16 oz. = 500 mil.
Or more diluted up to 32 oz. = 1000 mil.
Liquid Chlorophyll with peppermint essential oil in the formula / 2 oz. = 60 mil.
( this provides copper )
Zinc citrate / 5 grams = 1 teaspoon
Magnesium Sulfate / 10 grams = 2 teaspoons
Borax / 5 grams = 1 teaspoon
Potassium Citrate / 10 grams = 2 teaspoons
Sodium Chloride / 5 grams = 1 teaspoon
Ascorbic Acid / 10 grams = 2 teaspoons
a.k.a. Vitimin C
Taurine / 5 grams = 1 teaspoon
Lugol’s Iodine 40 drops
Selenium 20 drops
Pure Aspirin (Acetylsalicylic acid) / 2.5 grams = ½ teaspoon

Letting go of an anticipated image of an outcome automatically lets go of the fear of the results of that outcome.
We anticipate outcomes with images in our mind. We attach an emotion to these images and feel disappointed when the image we pictured doesn't match our envisioned outcome.
To bypass the feelings of failure or disappointment it is important to let go of the images that connect automatically to our emotions tied to the end results of the outcome.

Quick observation:
I did not use the butter in this video because it contained Natural Flavors in the ingredients. I do not consume Natural Flavors because it can be a list of 21 diffident ingredients.Soy is one of those ingredients labeled "natural flavors"

I don't promote Dr. Gundry's products because of some of their ingredients, but his food list is the best I could find for now.

I personally make adjustments to Dr. Gundry's Food List.
His list dose not take into account the current situation of nano-particles in the food system and the list is set up for a wealthier budget.Most people don't have the budget for some of his recommendations or have the access to those foods in there local area for many reasons.
I will be making a low lectin food list that takes those factors into consideration.

Though I would share this experience that blew my mind confirming signs that The Divine is Real.
I was listing to a video that stated a message to BELIEVE IN THE IMPOSSIBLE and I happened looked down and saw a feather.
I had heard that finding a feather was a sign from The Divine or Arch Angels to symbolizing their presence or their conformation to what we are hearing or giving our attention to.
All of a sudden I find on my path a long trail of feathers that happen to be in the direction I was going.
This was to reinforce what I have just recently began to acknowledge that the Divine is real.

Most Gurus and Entrepreneurs tell other how to project wealth by changing the state of mind, but the state of mind cannot change until the feeling changes first or simultaneously. Changing how you feel about something is much easier to do when the roll of economic pressures are not a factor in a person’s life. Mentalizing is much easier to do when this aspect or stress factor is covered.
This wealth or monetary achievement only relives the financial pressures and the struggles that those pressures bring into our lives.
This type of societal engineering directs the minds of people to feel there is a finish line to get to, achieving what society considers to be a successful person in life. If these same Gurus and Entrepreneurs can encourage others to focus and mentalize their reality under the same economic pressures as the many, then my respect goes to them, but typically, it is only after the fact of becoming monetarily successful that the teaching begins while the rest race and struggle to achieve wealth to be like them, to feel we have made it, or to feel accepted in society. Mentalizing your reality under extreme conditions is very difficult.
The perspectives of these Gurus and Entrepreneurs are generally correct and works well for audiences under less financial extremes and pressures. It is very difficult to teach while living through the prosses and much easier to teach after the fact. This is one of many tactics or diversions played on our species placing us in different categories from one another, like The Haves and The Have not's. Creating conditions of extreme struggles and extreme comfort in our world is one of many divides keeping our species from coming together to ask bigger questions like, "Who, What, Where and Why are these pressures maintained on the peoples of this world?"
This tactic is to keep the majority so busy trying to survive social and economic pressures from day to day, that they don’t have the time to care or ponder these types of questions. While the other side is so comfortable that these types of questions are not a reality or a priority.
We have been following a socially engendered reality of what it is to be considered a success in society and that, somehow, peace comes from this, while the reality is that most of the world is under duress and finding peace under duress is very difficult to say the least.
