For context, the real reason they dropped the breach of bail was because IF it HAD gone to trial, we would have argued the facts of the NH9 imcident, which would have been EXTREMELY beneficial for everyone's defense. Never mind the fact that the charge was genuinely unwarranted and they may very well have lost, I don't think that was their montivation, as previously stated.

Here's a clip of when I was tackled off stage by another Health Freedom NH volunteer. I was invited to participate in this march as a "march marshall". I took up the rear with Tim S. and we kept the crowd from getting run over because the police didn't help, even though it was a permitted march. We did almost get run over by a crazy Karen, and, eventually the police did intervene because she was gunning the car at us within a couple feet.
I was asked to speak by multie people. So, at the end of the event, when all the speakers were done, I commandeered the microphone, which was then unplugged, so someone have me a bullhorn. Soon after, you can see what transpired here in this clip.
I recently recieved multiple pieces of the entire incident. I'm going to put them in order and stitch them together, but for now, here's this!

As I was moseying around too half cocked so early in the day with two kids not mine trying to return them to their keepers... I was invited (felt more like a challenge, tbch) to enter the "Soapbox Idol" competition for best rant in another 5 or 6 hours.
It wasn't some random invite either. I got rolled up on by the Queen of Quills herself with some guy who had a friggin bazooka on his shoulder... he kept pointing it at anyone who began talking, and I was told that someone suggested I might make a good rant... ?
[I'm thinking to myself let me find out who threw me under the bus like that...]
Of course, I couldn't deny the inklings of royalty and accepted the challenge, I mean... invitation. ?
?... seriously though, I was quite naturally flattered (while simultaneously making a mental list of suspects, haha, jk) and surprised and unprepared and rather inebriated.
My plan was to leave the children somewhere safe where they wouldn't get bloody noses, but... plans don't always work out... and bloody noses do stop bleeding at some point and it totally builds character.
Part two of my plan was to get even more inebriated so that I could blame my poor performance on that. ?
I spoke to a few people and discovered who "set me up", really it was a great opportunity and I had a lot of fun. I've been waiting for an opportunity to destroy that Lysander Spooner quote.
Please watch and I hope you enjoy!

So, I went to the arraignment at 8:30am and the prosecutor says I gotta come back at 1pm?
This was a "Breach of Bail" charge from the "Newfield's 9" ticket fiasco (1/31/2021) where I was arrested and charged with "Disorderly Conduct". Subsequent to this I was arrested for "Disorderly Conduct" on 10/13/2021 with 8 others, known collectively as the "NH Noble 9", and because of that arrest, they claim I breached bail. Hence, this brief arrainment here where I shut down the judge.
This prosecutor is handling all the Newfield's 9 ticket and arrest trials. Only 7 of 9 have been tried. I was arrested for this breach of bail here while I was attending the first of the ticket trials.
