Guys, this is a simple one. Of course use the pallet that the metal roofing company ships the roofing with. We reinforced the front of the pallet with 10' 2x6s so it wouldn't bend as much when lifting. Used the ol' Harbor Freight Hoist (link below) and lifted those bad boys up onto the roof. So, I have a bunch of bolts I sandblasted because they were soooo rusty. I needed to coat them and figured instead of spray painting them I would give Zinc Plating a try. You are going to need: - Clean Bucket (5 Gal) - Water - Vinegar - Epsom Salts - Regular Sugar - Power Supply (I used a battery charger) - some copper wire (just go get some house wiring, remnant if possible, that way it is cheaper) So far it seems to be working great. I think I used too much Epsom salts, but other than that, pretty easy, coat 3 times and scrub with 0000 steel wool between coating, something like 15 - 20 min per coat. ===================================================== If you like what you are seeing, please subscribe!
