In Cold Blood is an action-adventure developed by British company Revolution Software and published by Sony (in Europe), French company Ubi Soft (also Europe) and Dreamcatcher Interactive (in North America).
You play John Cord, an MI6 agent who is sent to investigate a shady uranium mine on the fictional former USSR state Volgia. An American agent by the name of Kiefer had been sent to investigate, but he vanished without a message or trace. Cord needs to find out what happened and whether Kiefer is still alive. Unsurprisingly, the mission turns out to be far more than the quick cakewalk Cord was promised by his superior.
In Cold Blood uses tank controls and a combination of 3D characters and 2D backgrounds with fixed camera angles. Areas are often crowded with guards, and although Cord has a gun, he often needs find his way around him to avoid being gunned down or raising the alarm.
This game keeps streching my patience thin.

In the far future, a fanatical group of religious extremists known as the Mondites have begun a campaign of galactic conquest. They believe man has to evolve via the use of cybernatical implants. You take the role of an unknwon man who is taken prisoner by this group. You are brought to a facility led by an evil scientist called Dr. Mastaba. Dr. Mastaba performs experiments to turn humans and other lifeforms into cybernetic creatures, and he also turns you into a hideous cyberborg. When the facility experiences a nuclear meltdown, you get the chance to escape your cell. Now you need to find a way to escape and find out what has happened at this place.
Bioforge is a survival horror game. Similar to Alone in the Dark and later Resident Evil, it uses 3D characters over static 2D backgrounds. Depending on your position in the room, it shown from a different angle.
Dune II is a real-time strategy game developed by Westwood and published by Virgin Games. It was originally released for PC, Amiga and Acorn 32-Bit. The Mega Drive/ Genesis port is one of the few games for the system which received a German translation. As far as I know, there is no other translation, and the English version was released in the rest of Europe. The U.S. version was released as "Dune: The Battle for Arrakis", while the European release is name "Dune II - Battle for Arrakis". The German subtitle literally means "Battle for the Desert Planet".
Strike Force Hydra is a vertically scrolling shoot'em up developed by British company Digi-Guys and published by British company Ignition Entertainment. It was only released in Europe. The game was also ported to the Game Boy Advance.
im Lee's Wild C.A.T.S. - Covert Action Team is a beat'em up developed by Australian company Beam Software and published by Playmates Interactive. It was only released in North America.
The game is based on the comic book series Wild C.A.T.S. which had been adapted into an animated series and a toy line when the game was released.
Unlike many beat'em ups, Wild C.A.T.S. is only single player. You control several characters over the course of the game, but you cannot choose which character to play. After the first level, you can choose which level you want to play first out of three, but the character to play in each level is fixed. The levels are divided into several parts, and in some cases you need to first play a part of another level to proceed.
Basic moves are jump, throw and two attacks. Each character's second attack is unique, and all characters have some unique moves and abilities. Characters also differ in speed and strength. There is also a limited number of smart bombs available which damage all enemies on screen. Spartan, the leader of the Wild C.A.T.S. has charged beam attack. There is a power-up which increases the maximum power of his weapon.
Duckman - The Graphic Adventures of a Private Dick (known as Duckman - Ente Süß-Sauer in Germany) is a point-and-click adventure developed The Illusions Gaming Company and published by Playmates Interactive. It is based on the Duckman television show.
Dyna Gear is a platformer developed by Scarab and published by Sammy. It was only released in the arcades.
Some time in the future, the time cop Roger is hunting a criminal called Gustaf. Gustaf flees through time and travels 65 millions into the past, to the dinosaur age. After an exchange of blast, both Roger's and Gustaf's ships crashland on a planet. Upon there, Roger meets Wolf, a member of a local people who look like anthropomorphic wolves. Wolf accompanies Roger to go after Gustaf, as Gustaf has turned many dinosaurs into hideous fighting beasts.
You can choose to play either Roger or Wolf. Roger is faster, but Wolf is better at jumping. Both can double-jump and both use the same weapons.There are various weapons to collect, like homing arrows or a multi-headed flail. Weapons differ in reach, damage and direction. By collecting the same weapon several time, you can increase its power. If you have a new weapon, you have rapid fire for a limited time of attacks.
