Vagaband is an anarcho-punk documentary about a small group of traveling punk and folk musicians squatting in Pittsburgh. Contains footage of the EZLN and the uprising in San Salvador Atenco, Mexico. This short documentary covers the ideals of the anarcho-punk movement around Pittsburg in the 2000s.
From the creator:
"I wanted to make something about punk activism and its connections to the global movement for justice and democracy. I had a few tapes from a trip to the Zapatista territories in 1998 and a 2002 trip to both the Zapatista territories and San Salvador Atenco. In 2003, I recorded interviews with some of my travel companions in Pittsburgh. My representational strategy was largely decided by access. In order to complete the documentary I focused on the "Vagabond Collective." The story of the Zapatistas is much better told by the people of Chiapas. I suggest looking at videos available from the Chiapas Media Project to hear their voices."

I thought the Butthole Surfers classic Human Cannonball was a natural fit for an Evel and Robbie Knievel Caesars Palace fountain jump story. If you remember watching jump #3 live on TV your childhood was probably glorious.
THE CAESARS PALACE JUMP STORY:
On the morning of Dec 31st, 1967, Evel Knievel stopped in the casino and placed his last 100 dollars on the blackjack table (which he lost), stopped by the bar and had a shot of Wild Turkey and then headed outside to perform a ridiculously dangerous motorcycle jump through the fountains at Caesars Palace. He got seriously injured attempting the jump.
On September 15, 1980, during a taping of the reality television show That's Incredible! Gary Wells attempted to jump the fountains at Caesar's Palace, a stunt made famous by Evel Knievel's failed attempt, but also crashed and was severely injured.
On April 14, 1989 to pay homage to his father, Robbie Knievel jumped the Caesars Palace fountains like a boss live on TV. The jump took place 22 years after Evel Knievel failed to clear the fountains in 1967. Robbie Knievel landed safely and became the first to successfully jump the fountains at Caesars, and they have stated they won't allow it again. Following the jump, Robbie stated, "that was for you, Dad".

The infamous G.I. Joe PSA parody cartoons are a series of 25 spoof public service announcement videos created by Chicago-based filmmmaker Eric Fensler of Fensler Films. The parodies were take-offs of the cringeworthy PSAs that appeared at the end of the 1980s GI Joe cartoon show by Hasbro in the 1980s. The videos started appearing on Ebaum's World in 2003 and the internet went absolutely ape sh*t.

In 2012 Jose the Bronx Rican created and released a DVD "remaster" by hand-editing the original PSA's (from their own DVD release) and adding Fensler's audio. I've taken all 25 remastered cartoons, put them into a single video compilation, and upscaled them all to HD. If you haven't seen these yet, brace for lulz. PORKCHOP SANDWICHES!
