The Major Circuit is where the fight starts to really come into the ring. Bouts become less one-sided and more about learning what your opponents are capable of and how to deal with it. Not to mention, this is where the WVBA rules start to really get fleshed out. Apparently, the only thing that seems to follow along is someone gets hit, someone falls down, someone wins. What a cruel, merciless sport... and it's only getting worse!

Techno Hill Zone Zone is a set up from the first zone in a number of ways. You get introduced to some more intriguing enemies and sprawling levels. High ledges, hidden alcoves and a purplish goo that rejects Sonic much like things bouncing off rubber. Be sure to check in the strange substance for some goodies here and there, but remember to have the height to make it possible.
Enemies here aren't too threatening, but they can be a nuisance in most cases. Only a few will be come a significant problem to your ring count, but the hazards and mild puzzles will prove to be the real troubles with your progression. Good news is that this zone is another good place to get more comfortable with the game, but just remember not to take TOO long and to use Tails if you got him with you!

Fafnir was a pretty interesting boss fight and certainly continues the wonderful tradition of defending when it counts. The big attacks to worry about are Frotti, Ice breath that covers a fan of range in front of the boss. Rigil, which is an Earthquake attack that covers a ring around the boss. Gram, which is a LASER BEAM that paralyzes whoever it hits in a line.
Goes without saying, SPREAD OUT! Have lots of healing items or spells and be sure to defend against its attacks, because they can do some hefty damage, especially Gram!

We stop by Sting Chameleon's place to snatch up the last part of the First Armor, smack him upside the head with a Boomerang Cutter and then end our collection adventure by revisiting Flame Mammoth and Armored Armadillo's stages. Is the Hadouken still as overpowered as it was before?

Here's the list of the changes below:
- AI changes: Regular enemies, bosses and minibosses have had their AI enhanced, making them more responsive and faster, among other things.
- Enemy stat rebalances: Enemies have had their HP rebalanced and they usually deal more damage.
- Player stat rebalances: Ammo has been reduced, and each of the weapon's costs have been rebalanced. Damage done by weapons have been rebalanced as well (The Hadouken isn't a 1-shot anymore), both against regular enemies and bosses. Some weapons had their speed rebalanced. The body upgrade has been nerfed to 25% damage reduction.
- Infinite lives.
- Dialogue changes.
- Death counter in the pause screen.
- Each of the bosses can now be rebattled.
- Each of the Maverick stages can be exited without having beaten it first.
- Hadouken capsule only requires 1 visit. Doesn't require all stages beaten.
- Custom Title.
- Other rebalances and small additions.
