Leon Valley has apparently enacted a "rule" disallowing all weapons at city council meetings. This is a blatant violation of Texas state law. So blatant in fact, that state law declares such an action to be void on its face. The ONLY weapon they are allowed to prohibit is a firearm, and only when the council has proactively decided to do so.
