Maybe they want a discount. More likely, they are a paranoid individual with a severe form of OCD that is freaked out by anything they have done to any of their devices by anyone but them. Ironically, this severe form of OCD only appears to affect people whose phone screen, case, and aluminum bezel are covered with grease - the type of grease people with OCD usually clean off of their bodies before touching their $600 products.
