If you're like most people, you spend a lot of time at a desk or behind the wheel of a car. There's a good chance you suffer from a tight neck, upper back, and shoulders. Today I want to share a pandiculation to release tight neck and shoulders.
A pandiculation is a movement, commonly considered a stretch, to release tight muscles and reset your nervous system. This is different from stretching in that it has a lasting effect. This particular pandiculation helps release tension in your neck, shoulders, and upper back. It only takes a few minutes and you can do it throughout the day as needed!

It's ground movement series time again! Today we're going to do a little core stabilization series. This isn't a super challenging workout if you're a little more advanced, but it makes a great warm-up for more challenging movement sequences.
This workout out offers a lot of instruction for the movements. It's a little more free-form and less tied to a certain number of reps so there's a lot of room to personalize the sequence. I love ground movement and these are some of my favorite exercises to do daily!

A lack of hip mobility can lead to a host of problems. Some of em are back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and it can even lead to neck pain. Today I want to share some internal and external hip rotation exercises you can use to get things moving again.
Now for these two exercises, I am using a tool. However, you don't need anything fancy. You can get by with a broom handle or a piece of PVC. Now disclaimer time...
Be very careful when you're performing these movements. You're using a tool to generate leverage. If you overdo it, you could do permanent damage to your joints. Take your time, go slowly, and check with your doc to make sure it's cool to perform these movements.
