He talks about how the Darwinian theory of ‘survival of the fittest’ has been the biggest cause of the problems on the planet and reveals the evolutionary theory we need to live by to thrive with the planet. They talk about the placebo and nocebo effect and how our belief systems and our subconscious mind create our reality.  He also reveals that he was nearly 50 by the time he met his wife and had his first healthy relationship, this was due to programming from his own parents.
