I should have known these two levels would be difficult after the previous two weren't too bad. Hopefully I edited the video well. Ran low on time after taking so long to exit this death trap of a ship.
This system is WAY easier than Circe. Had it not been for dumb luck, I would have beat this mission on the first try. Maybe had I brought a better wingman...
Fairly easy mission to end the expansion pack, even if it is the losing path. The ending is almost as disappointing as the court martial ending, but at least they rolled the credits. I went back and tried to get a losing mission, but it wasn't worth doing a video for. It's basically the same as winning the game. The sixth fleet gets destroyed and the Concordia retreats from the Deneb sector. The only difference is that you destroy the Mandarins on the winning path.
Second major split in the game. I decided to side with Panther on this one, though maybe Hawk had the better idea. Either way, I decided to do the Search & Destroy mission first. According to my guide, all I had to do was destroy 7 of the Excaliburs and the destroyer would have retreated. Upon editing, I'm pretty sure that's at least how many got destroyed and they kept coming. Invulnerable it was then...
Another long, twisting path to get to the third clue needed to uncover clues to release Behrlihn. My dog decided to give you all his two cents as well. Sorry about that. :)
My first foray into the Protector Trials. Getting all seven Steam achievements is going to be... fun... Also, as I learned later, I'm only going to be doing the first trial for each area since the trials within an area are fairly redundant with only the weapons/plasmids you can use for each changing.
Fairly straight forward, but the fight at the end was pretty tough. I had to break out the sword of cheesiness, but all's fair in love and war. Speaking of love, apparently I have to get the Dwarven council member recruited as well to get Eleanalessa to consider me as her suitor.
